Liberland’s Floating Man II Festival Returns to Apatin with Crypto and Freedom Themes

The Floating Man II festival, hosted by the Free Republic of Liberland, will convene in Apatin, Serbia from August 7-10. The event blends music, policy discussions, and cryptocurrency advocacy against the backdrop of the Danube River.

Headliners include performances by Igor & ENA Acoustic Band, Perpetuum Mobile, and Diego SAA. Liberland's president and cabinet ministers will lead conference sessions on governance and financial innovation—topics likely to address the micronation's blockchain-based legal framework and cryptocurrency adoption.

Ticket tiers range from 24 EUR for VIRTUAL access to 599 EUR for gold passes, with camping and hotel accommodations available. The agenda opens with a welcome dinner on August 7th, followed by morning conference sessions and evening concerts throughout the four-day gathering.
